This wouldn’t be the first time when a judge has come in between the President and his decisions. With just two years left with President Barack Obama, he is trying to fulfill all what he had promised to do and his immigration program was one of them. Accordingly, the program was supposed to be started on Wednesday but everything halted after US District Judge Andrew S. Hanen ruled out that the immigration law cannot move forward when a lawsuit that had been filed by 26 states against it has not yet reached any decision.

‘This is not the first time that a lower-court judge has blocked something or attempted to block something that ultimately is going to be lawful. And I am confident that it’s well within my authority to execute this policy. The law is on our side and history is on our side’ as had been said by President Barack Obama while addressing reporters after the ruling out of his decision. Kiran Kidwai – International Desk. NMTV
