NMMT LAUNCHES WEBSITE FOR COMMUTERS

NMMT has launched a new website which would give information about routes on which the buses would ply and other related information. The website would also be helpful during emergencies for the commuters regarding the availability of the bus. To help the commuters during emergencies and providing information regarding the availability of buses, the transport body has launched a website named www.nmmt.in. The website would contain map of the routes and areas where the buses ply, bus time table, information on future projects of NMMT etc. The transport manager of NMMT, Jitendra Papalkar gave us more insight. People can also give suggestions and complaints against the transport body through email that is www.nmmtmail@gmail.co.in. With cameraperson Raju Sharma, Anil More for NMTV news.

What are the charges for monthly pass- ac 111 between Vashi and Worli Naka, Near Poddar Hospital
The NMMT website is not working since July 2011. I had posted a complaint at http://www.consumercomplaints.in on Jul 21, 2011. Please check following link. I am really surprised how NMTV is claiming that NMMT has launched this new website.

I would like to ask why the AC Bus No 111 does not ply on Sunday’s. I m a regular traveller on this route and have seen that most of the people go to Siddhivinayak and worli sea face on Sundays. So isnt it a fair idea to ply it even on Sundays.

Last two monthes in koperkhirane rout no.4 and rout no.8 not taking turn inside for sector 2,23,16,14 while going toword Vashi Now at koperkhirane depot joint rode cleared But still your buses not going inside. Drivers & conductors not giving proper answers. You are not bother about passengers,those inconvenient,paying more mony for same journey. But you are issued monthly/3 monthaly passes for that rout in same price as per your attitude and routine practice without fall.
Please pay attention and start this rout as per provision.and give proper instruction to related persons.
There is need for frequent buses from Vashi Railway station to Thane Nitin Junction (interior of thane), though there are trains available, trains are quite crowded at peak time. if NMMT start buses from 7:00 to 10:00 frequent buses with limited stop via Thane – Belapur road. and in evening from 4:30 to 8:00. limited coridor buses will be in great demand with monthly pass customer. office goers are regular customer, thus add profit to NMMT.
At present bus number 1. which is hardly visible come after 1 hrs, bus number 8 whioh gives all of vashi and gansoli darshan
and bus number 4 which is ok but not extended upto vashi railway station, which real destination of office traveller.
Again Name plate are not correctly put, most of time written with chalk. NMMT should be mature and professional enough to put board or digital sign which help customer to board correct bus.
why there is no concession for physcially challenge in NMMT bus Mr Ravi Subbaiah Can u please take this issue with concern in NMMT
