Stamp paper scam accused Abdul Krim Telgi has raised objection against the film Mudrank which is based on his life. He has told special CBI judge Chitra Bhedi at the Kala Ghoda sessions court that the film should not be released as he felt it would cause a threat to his life. He has also claimed that the movie was made without his knowledge. According to him everything in the movie was against him – be it police or politicians. After the allegations the release of the film has been suspended. Both the director and the actor of the film, Krishna Manav got a shock by this after which the latter came to the session court and requested the court to allow him to meet Telgi. Where on one side Telgi is stating that the movie was made without his knowledge, actor Manav says that Telgi was quite happy after the movie was shown to him in Pune. Telgi, who had allegedly showered several lakhs in cash on a bar dancer the night before he was arrested said in court that he did not like Rakhi Sawant’s dance as it was so bad that he had to shut his eyes during the song.
