Advert on towering Burj Khalifa wins Guinness World Book record, Dubai

An advertisement of the Dubai World Hospitality Championship at the tallest tower of Dubai, Burj Khalifa has won the Guinness World Book Record. The advertisement placed at a towering height of 452 meters, aimed at promoting the DWHC which concluded in Dubai World Trade Centre recently. The highest advert was recorded in US last year which was at a height of 310 meters.

Speaking to the media, Omar Amin, member of the DWHC organizing committee said that the advertisement was for the promotion of their Hospitality Championship which aims at showcasing the different delicacies of the Emiratis and UAE as a whole. Since Burj Khalifa attarcts more than 150,000 visitors, they thought this was the best place to promote their event. Bureau report – NMTV News.
