After messing up his London tour, Mitt Romney on an attempt to sort out image in Israel

Mitt Romney’s tour of London definitely stressed out his advisers and election campaign, as he openly asked London why had they so readily agreed on hosting Olympics for the third time, a question that made him a laughing stock in Britain and a big concern in US.

Now on his second stop, Mitt Romney has been trying to put up a fighting image, but again like President Barack Obama’s style. Romney came out very strongly advising Israel, that they should do whatever it takes to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons. After meeting with Israelis and Palestinian top officials Romney gave out his speech “We must lead the effort to prevent Iran from building and possessing nuclear weapons capabilities. We should employ any and all measures to dissuade the Iranian regime from its nuclear course and its our fervent hope that diplomatic and economic measures would do so. We recognise Israel’s right to defend itself and that it is the right of America to stand with you”

Romney delivered a speech that reminded Israel of US and Jewish relationship, where he expressed his appeal to Jewish American voters and other supporters of Israel. Besides that he did not speak anything of new terms or new policies, in fact more than half of his speech seemed to be carved out from the latest we had heard from Obama’s visit that happened a week back. .
