American Indian pays dearly for fooling insurance companies for years, New York

Rajpaul Singh, 59yrs, an American Indian neurologist use to operate in a medical clinic in Queens for many years. All these years Rajpaul had succeeded in fooling the insurance companies and cheating them of tens of thousands of dollars by billing these companies for those neurological tests which he had never performed on his patients. When arrested, the accused accepted his crime and have pleaded guilty to his crime of first-degree falsifying business records before the acting Queens Supreme Court Justice Pauline Mullings.

Rajpaul has been convicted of a three year conditional discharge and a restitution of over $65,800. Kiran Kidwai – International Desk, NMTV
