Big B to be BMC’s brand ambassador for campaign against TB

Mumbai : The BMC has taken actor Amitabh Bachchan as the brand ambassador for their campaign to create awareness about tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease and is one of the top health concerns for Mumbai city where more than 30, 000 people suffer from the disease.

Amitabh Bachchan who enjoys close ties with the Thackeray family has often been roped in to promote public awareness campaigns of the BMC in the city of Mumbai.
