Over 175 builders and developers have participated in the exhibition that offers affordable homes to elite homes and property in all range for buyers.
Financial institutes are also a part of the exhibition for solving all loans queries and needs of customers. Speaking to NMTV during the exhibition, CIDCO Managing Director Sanjay Bhatia said that, “The Smart City plan for Navi Mumbai will bring a public investment of 50 lacs Crores in Navi Mumbai opening as many as 8.75 lac high end job opportunities. Today you can see private investment through this exhibition. It can easily be understood how Navi Mumbai is going to become an economic hub.”
Belapur MLA Manda Mhatre said, “if you see the exhibition, it feels as if you are watching an exhibition in Singapore. I really appreciate the way builders in Navi Mumbai are working towards making dream homes for Navi Mumbai.”
BANM President Dharmendra Karia said that, “From Thane, Panvel to Karjat and Khopoli, we have displayed properties from 10 lac rupees to several Crores. This is the perfect time to buy as the market is picking up and we have something for all strata of society.”
Haresh Cheddha, Secretary of the Association pointed out, “Our expectations are high because Smart City has been launched this year. Combined with plans of airport and Nhava Sheva Road, Navi Mumbai has become a sought after destination for all. The entire atmosphere has changed with Chief Minister’s vision of smart city for Navi Mumbai through combined efforts of CIDCO and NMMC.”
Former President of the association Devang Trivedi said, “Like every year, this year also our aim is to create awareness about Navi Mumbai. The exhibition gives customers a chance to meet all developers and compare properties. At the same time, the market is pulling up again so its the right time to buy property. Another good sign is that CIDCO has taken part in the exhibition in a big way.”
