COMING MONTHS MAY SEE ACUTE SHORTAGE OF WATER IN THE STATE – SAYS STATE MINISTER FOR WATER SUPPLY LAXMAN RAO DHOBLE

water-supply-3With nearly no rains last monsoon, the dams of the state are running dry which may result in acute water shortage in the coming months. Mumbai along with other parts of the state may have to face acute water shortage in the coming few months, said the State Minister for Water Supply, hinting at worst times to come for the city regarding water supply. He expressed shortage of water in nearky 7-8 municipal corporations of the state in the month of May. He further informed about the steps being taken by the state to tackle the issue of water crisis.
