Creativity at its best! A Ganesh Mandal at sec 4 Koperkhairane, with an attempt to make its Ganesh celebration slightly unique, has made their Ganesh idol with the help of tea powder. Shri Swami Samarth Ganeshotsav Mandal of sector 4-A of Koperkhairane has given a new look to its favourite deity. This group has formed the Ganesh idol with the help of 151 kg of tea powder, ginger, grass tea and sugar. Every year the group tries to give a different look to the statue, sometimes with the help of match box, ground nuts and now tea powder. Besides tea powder, cardamom is also being used to make its eyes and the garland is made out of ginger and grass tea. The statute if being made with all the ingredients that is required to make tea.
