Dismissal of President Mohammad Morsi has led to brutal violence between his supporters and military, Egypt

After the dismissal of President Morsi, it seems like the whole country has been divided into two. While some are rejoicing and celebrating Morsi’s dismissal, his supporters are ready to set the country on fire. After the Friday prayers Morsi’s supporters had started their fight with the security forces and the fight had continued till early morning hours of Saturday. The clash certainly had become very brutal as thirty people were reported dead, while almost more than thousand had been severely injured. Morsi supporters had not shown any attempt or signs of backing as they went on fighting and chanting “All of these millions will stay in the fields, in the squares, until we carry our elected President Mohammad Morsi on our shoulders, or we will die as martyrs”.
The life of Egypt has faced a severe setback with these clashes as lives, property and peace, all have been affected badly. The oppositions claim that the Americans and the Zionists are responsible mainly for the dismissal of their President. US have shown concern over the whole issue but at the same moment have not supported any of the two sides. Kiran Kidwai – International Desk, NMTV
