The 'Never Give Up, Never Give In, Never Quit' spirit of Dr. Ravi Subbaiah

Navi Mumbai’s eminent and efficient journalist, the Chief-in-Editor and Director of NMTV, Dr. Ravi Subbaiah’s untimely demise on the 2nd February 2020 shook the city and came as a shock to all those who knew him.
Being a notable personality along with having profound interests in journalism, Dr. Ravi Subbaiah with his  dashing and daring aura showcased the virtues of journalism with his brainchild NMTV, upholding the slogan-
‘Dares to bare the truth’.
Dr. Ravi Subbaiah’s unfazed contribution to the society and the city’s media front not just garnered praises and inspiration but his good deeds made him a noble and a righteous man.
Inspite of being physically challenged, Dr. Ravi Subbaiah’s resilience turned every adversity into an opportunity and thus evidently established that his ‘DISABILITY IS HIS ABILITY’
His belief in the Lord Jesus Christ gave him the will and strength to do and his soul to dare, he gracefully faced every challenge and test of life. He proved that what happens to a man is less significant than what happens within him.
In respect to honoring the benefaction of goodness and honesty he offered in the society and individually to every man who knew him or ever was associated with him, the city’s media fraternity paid rich tribute and dedicated an evening in his name, citing – ‘EK SHAAM RAVI SIR KE NAAM’
On Sunday the 9th February 2020, the city’s notable journalists, activists, friends, family and leaders across all political lines gathered to offer their condolences, praises and pay respectful tribute to Dr. Ravi Subbaiah, a warrior in himself who carved a niche for his self-identity and inspired others to ‘NEVER GIVE UP’
The tribute organized by NMTV family in collaboration with the city’s media personnels marked the presence of
Mayor Jaywant Sutar, Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik, Belapur MLA Manda Mhatre, Thane MP Rajan Vichare, Former MP Sanjeev Naik, Senior Journalists Rajeev Mishra, Sudhir Sharma along with the rest of the NMTV family.
The Navi Mumbai city and its citizens will for long remember the teachings and legacy of Dr. Ravi Subbaiah.
