Builders Association of Navi Mumbai is once again gearing up for one of the biggest mega property exhibitions in the city. The association is holding its 10th Mega Property Exhibition 2010 which sees only one platform where the builders and associate partners can showcase their projects. As we all know, Builder Association of Navi Mumbai, over the years has seen tremendous success for its Property Exhibition, which has not only benefitted the organization but has seen the only platform for builders and associate partners to showcase their projects. Keeping this tradition alive, BANM is now holding its 10th Mega property exhibition from 8th of Jan to 11th Jan 2010. With the theme of the true “JOY OF LIVING IN NAVI MUMBAI”, the exhibition would have nearly 80 builders participating with almost 150 stalls. This exhibition is one of the largest real estate and housing finance exhibition organised annually by the BANM since the last ten years which gives a wide ranging property solutions for buyers. So what is different in this year’s exhibition? Well, this year’s exhibition is definitely going to bring glee to the home buyers as the property options offered in property 2010 will vary from most demanding affordable houses, lifestyle residential apartments, budget properties, second homes, commercial properties ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore plus. The exhibition gives an opportunity to the builders as well as to the home buyers as while the builders can exhibit their displays, the customers can compare and choose their dream home just being at one place itself. Apart from wide range o houses displayed, home buyers will also have the facility of getting the housing finance right then and there. The exhibition also promotes Navi Mumbai as a well developed city in a big way, says the joint secretary of BANM Devang Trivedi. One of the best facilities of the exhibition would be the actual site visits that the home buyers can have. You select a site and you would be taken there to see it on the exhibition day itself. One of the participants, Ashok Chajjer from Arihant group was confident that the exhibition would reap good results. This builder group would be showcasing not affordable homes but affordable luxuries for the home-buyers. The exhibition this time has a change of venue, which would be now held at Sanpada. The exhibition would be held from 10.30 am to 8pm. With the economy recovery from recession, the builders of Navi Mumbai are hoping for a better and bigger footfall this year.
