Ganesh Naik – the BJP Shiv Sena RPI candidate’s ward to ward campaign reached its fourth day on Sunday as the saffron alliance reached to voters everywhere with the appeal to vote for them. A veteran in this area, Ganesh Naik along with corporators, party workers and citizens rallied across Airoli constituency sometimes in severe heat and then erratic showers.
While these rallies do not change hearts or voting patterns, they do set the momentum of creating awareness that the state goes to vote on October 21 to elect the government that will run people’s affairs for the next five years. When the media caught up with Ganesh Naik he voiced hope that people would elect him back this time.
Ganesh Naik added that he would use the network and goodwill for strengthening the BJP in the region as and when the Chief Minister deems fit.
While the rallies wrap up for this election season, the saffron alliance candidates in Navi Mumbai await the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s October 16 Sabha at Panvel that will boost the final leg of campaigning for the candidates ahead of the polling day on October 21.
