MSEDC has declared that it would increase low shedding by an hour during Ganesh Utsav this year. This would increase the load shedding to 5 hours a day. Initially the city was facing 4 hours load shedding dialing but with MSEDC’s decision the city is likely to face 5 hours now. Navi Mumbai has been facing shortage of electricity several months but MSEDC has still decided to provide power to Ganesh Mandals during Ganesh Utsav.
