The MMRDA is soon planning to digitise it’s system of studying and scrutinising the building construction proposals submitted by builders and architects in order to bring uniformity and transparency in the process of approvals.
The authority is in search for an agency which will develop a software where architects can upload the plans and make online payment. The software will then automatically scrutinise the plans and generate a self report with remarks. As of now, the construction plans are manually studied by the MMRDA officials. Bureau Report – NMTV
