The Global Women’s Forum is soon going to be held in Dubai where many women leaders across regions would be speaking and addressing the crowd. One of them is Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.
“The strong participation at the forum reflects the UAE’s leading position on a global level. “The forum will highlight the achievements of Emirati and Arab women across various fields,” said Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed, President of the UAE Gender Balance Council as well as the Dubai Women Establishment.
The other key note speakers include Dr Ameena Gurib-Fakim, president of Mauritius, Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Development and International Cooperation, and Reem Al Hashemi, Minister of State.
The forum will be a two day event taking place on February 23 and 24 at the Madinat Jumeirah hotel in Dubai.
