PM should have appointed a GoM for discrepancies in 2G case: A Raja

Former Telecom Minister A Raja had pleaded before a court that the then Finance Minister P Chidambaram be made a witness to the 2G spectrum case. He said that he did not seek to implicate Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and the former Finance Minister. Infact he told a special court in Delhi, that if the Prime Minister had any discrepancies in the 2G file, then the Prime Minister should have formed a Group of Ministers to examine the allocations in the 2G spectrum. A Raja claimed that the matter relating to dilution of equities to foreign firms by Swan Telecom and Unitech Wireless were known to the Prime Minister and then finance minister Chidambaram.
