POLITICAL MUD-SLINGING CONTINUES – SHIV SENA EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT UDDHAV THACKAREY SAYS THE STATE NEEDS PRESIDENT’S RULE

udhav-tac-1Attacking the failure of the state government to take the information of the IB seriously that have prepared Mumbai for any terror attack before hand, Shiv Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackeray said that post the resignation drama, people of the state have lost their trust in the Government. In such a situation, Shiv Sena party president Uddhav Thackeray has demanded President Rule. Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray was present for an inaugural ceremony at Kasane village in Bhiwandi. In his speech, he criticized the state government, saying that no one but the Maharashtra Govt. is responsible for the Mumbai terror attacks and said that the state ministry should be dissolved. Adding that whether the state has a CM or not, it does not matter. He said that the central government had warned the state to man sea routes but even then the state did not take the warnings seriously. Giving terrorists an open invitation to create terror in the city. He further added that resignations were a drama but the people of Maharashtra cannot be fooled this time. Uddhav Thackeray also commented on the helpless police force of the city that had to face urban terrorist with age old weapons and non-bullet proof jackets. One point that has surfaced from the entire political drama that has unfolded post the Mumbai terror attacks is that may be slightly but definitely the political parties are indulging in political terrorism. Only this time the citizens of the state will not be fooled and the only way they can earn the trust of the people again is by actually walking their talk.
