Prime Minister Narendra Modi came in the line of fire of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi. In an address in Bishnoi Haryana, Priyanka Gandhi launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She said that the Modi government had promised that farmers’ income would be doubled and youth will get 2 Crores jobs each year but 5 Crore jobs were reduced in the last 5 years with many directly getting wiped off due to demonetization.
She went on to taunt the Prime Minister and said that they say that he has 56 inches chest but do they have a heart, she questioned. She said she can’t see one because it’s not working for the poor. She added that when farmers from across the country went to Delhi, the PM Modi didn’t spare even five minutes to meet them.

She said that the same PM went to US, Japan, Africa, Europe, Germany and even ate biryani in Pakistan but did not meet farmers.

Priyanka Gandhi added that villagers in villages of Varanasi also said that the Prime Minister never came to meet them.

She said that the time has come to become aware because being aware citizens is true nationalism. She reminded the audience that they are leaders because the people made them leaders.

She said that neither the PM Modi nor Congress leaders are bigger than citizens of India. And some leaders accept this truth like Congress leaders.

Priyanka Gandhi taunted that, leaders of BJP leaders from Prime Minister Narednar Modi to way down have forgotten that they have been given power by people of the country.

She appealed to cure the arrogance of the BJP government by voting to change the government.

There isn’t any doubt that Congress has launched Priyanka Gandhi as their trump card. As the election season has progress she has evolved into an aggressive opponent of the Prime Minister Narendra Modo. While her rallies and speeches have received unprecedented response; its true impact on a voters mind is anyone’s guess until May 23. Zeba Warsia – NMTV news.
