There is a growing feeling among Sainiks in Navi Mumbai that the Shiv Sena of today is not the Shiv Sena of Balasaheb Thackeray. Loyalty and integrity has failed to pay off as new entrants and rebels from other parties have been chosen as party candidates in NMMC Polls 2015.

With the alliance leaving only 68 seats for Shiv Sena. As candidates were announced for 68 seats, there was anger in Shiv Sainiks across Navi Mumbai. Dynastic trend of ticket distribution of Vijay Chougule, M K Madhvi, Vithal More and others upset Shiv Sainiks who ate vada pav and stood by the party even during its testing years.

[youtube url=”video_url” width=”560″ height=”315″] The prominent ones to ditch the party include Parshuram Thakur, K N Mhatre, Girish Mhatre among hundreds of other Sainiks. These Sainiks are going door to door and spreading the word of injustice done to them by “outsiders” Eknath Shinde and Vijay Nahata. Some have spoken on record saying that Shiv Sena tickets were up for sale to the sum of Rs. 10 lacs.
