The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has decided to open three new libraries in the city at a cost of Rs 25 lakhs. The libraries would come up at Vashi, Turbhe and Airoli. A delightful paradise for book lovers and containing a hoard of information, libraries have always played an important role in students’ and elders’ life. Most of the youth today are more inclined towards television and less on books missing out on the vast knowledge that books provide. Libraries are a very important part of any community and now NMMC has decided to start three new libraries at Vashi, Turbhe and Airoli. The libraries would be made hi-tech at a cost of Rs 25 lakhs.
